Membership Transfer Test
The Institute recommends Internationally Qualified Members (FCIS or ACIS) to take the HICS Membership Transfer Test (MTT). Upon passing the MTT, members will be entitled to become an Ordinary Member and to use the designation FCS or ACS for HKICS. The MTT examination will be held twice a year in June and December.

1. The subject to be attempted is "Corporate Secretaryship". The examination subject fee can be referred at Fee Schedule
|

2. The key objective of the MTT is to examine the knowledge, understanding and skill of the candidates in the key areas of Corporate Secretaryship
|

3. The syllabus and reading lists for the papers in the Test are the same for those papers of the International Qualifying Scheme under the title of Corporate Secretaryship
|
|
4. The examination for Corporate Secretaryship consists of a paper of three hours.
|
|
5. The examination papers for the MTT will be drawn from those papers offered to the Students following the International Qualifying Scheme.

6. The rules and regulations applicable to the International Qualifying Scheme shall apply to the MTT in so far as they are not inconsistent with the provisions in these regulations.
