1. IQS Syllabus update: Hong Kong Taxation The syllabus of Hong Kong Taxation is revised as follow:
“The Application of the Hong Kong Tax Treaties on Hong Kong Companies and Individuals having income from Jurisdictions of these Treaties, with particular emphasis on arrangement for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal and Evasion between Hong Kong and Mainland China (DTA), especially Articles 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9, 14 and 21.”
