Nominations are invited for election to the Council of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (“HKICS Council”) at the 2012 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Institute to be held on Wednesday, 12 December 2012.

 

If you wish to stand for election, please complete the Nomination Form and return it to the Institute Secretariat in person or by post.  Pursuant to the HKICS Memorandum and Articles of Association, only Fellows who are ordinarily resident in the divisional territory (i.e. The People’s Republic of China) are eligible to stand for election. The HKICS Council also represents the ICSA Committee for China. Nomination forms must be received by the Institute Secretariat no later than the Nomination Closing Date of Friday, 19 October 2012 on or before 6.00 p.m. or postmarked on or before such date.
