Want to acquire first hand practical PRC knowledge in compliance and corporate Secretaryship and gain Institute ECPD points? Your Institute is delighted to launch a new programme series in “PRC Corporate Practices” in collaboration with College of Business & Finance, HKU SPACE. There will be five modules offered: • Corporate Governance in PRC (中國公司治理) • Corporate Secretaryship in PRC (中國董事會秘書實務) • Corporate Administration in PRC (中國公司行政) • Financial Accounting in PRC (中國財務會計) • Taxation in PRC (中國稅務) This advanced training programme is designed to strengthen professionals’ understanding in corporate governance and administration with Chinese context. Case Studies and practical experience will be shared and discussed. The modular courses will be conducted in Putonghua/Chinese. Furthermore, Institute’s ECPD points will be awarded (note1). If you are qualified since 1 Jan 2005 and have not yet completed your mandatory CPD requirement for the current financial year, you are highly encouraged to participate. The first module ‘Corporate Governance in PRC’ will be offered in June 2012.
