The Official Receiver's Office (ORO) will have the new round of tender exercise for taking up of appointment as provisional liquidators under section194(1A) of the Companies Ordinance very soon. In order to draw the attention of those interested to the important changes ORO intends to make to this tender exercise, ORO will conduct an orientation seminar on 12 December, 2005 (Monday) at 10am for those firms who might be interested in taking up this work.
