HKICS has issued the HKICS AML/CFT Guideline to set standards that converge to those for financial institutions which all corporate service providers (CSPs) may adopt in their AML/CFT fight consistent with the requirements under the Financial Action Task Force Recommendations.
For those CSPs, providing the requisite risk based assessment assurance that they comply with the Guideline to HKICS, they may apply to be accredited by HKICS to subscribe to the HKICS AML/CFT Charter and hold themselves out as an HKICS AML/CFT Organisation.
Only HKICS AML/CFT Organisations are allowed to use the HKICS AML/CFT Logo in their letterheads and publications to distinguish themselves to the public, including financial institutions and their clients, as to compliance with the Guideline.
The following are the accredited HKICS AML/CFT Organisations and their Responsible Persons that have subscribed to the HKICS AML/CFT Charter and permitted to use the HKICS AML/CFT Logo:
For application, please read the HKICS AML/CFT Charter, Explanatory Memorandum, HKICS AML/CFT Accreditation Programme, Subscription Application and Reference Letter (for non-HKICS member applicant).
