|Position||Executive - Global Entity Management|
|Job Description||KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Convening Board and Shareholder meetings for Group subsidiary companies in China, Taiwan and Hong Kong
•Collating and distributing board papers, attending meetings and taking minutes
•Attending to the lodgement of corporate documents as required by the Chinese, Taiwanese and Hong Kong regulators, other external parties or government authorities from time to time
•Maintaining (with external Company Secretarial service providers as appropriate) company secretarial registers including internal database via Blueprint
•Co-ordination of company secretarial matters for Group entities in China, Taiwan and Hong Kong
•Liaising with other Company Secretarial teams globally on matters affecting China, Taiwan and Hong Kong entities
•Involvement in Group-wide ad hoc projects within the Division as required
|Minimum Qualifications||KEY QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
•Minimum three years’ experience, ideally in a multinational corporate legal or company secretarial environment
•Excellent communication (spoken and written) in English, Mandarin and Cantonese and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders
•Well developed and demonstrated client service focus
•Strong attention to detail
•The ability to work well under pressure, meet reporting deadlines and adopt a pragmatic approach
•Highly motivated with an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work, working additional hours when required
•Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
•Ability to solve problems and show initiative
•Integrity, knowing how to ‘do the right thing’ and when an issue requires escalation
•Good team ethic and also comfortable to work autonomously
•Ability to absorb and act upon instructions, whether received by verbal or written means
•Company Secretarial/Governance qualification or equivalent degree would be a strong advantage
