Position Manager / Assistant Manager - Company Secretarial Services
Job Description • Handle a full spectrum of company secretarial matters

• Organise and attend Board Meeting, other Committees’ meeting, AGM as well as draft the relevant minutes

• Draft annual/interim/quarterly results announcements and reports and AGM circulars and proxy form and other related documents
Minimum Qualifications • Diploma holder or above major in Business Administration and Secretarial studies, Corporate Governance or related discipline

• At least 6 years of company secretarial experience

• Working experience gained with professional firms is an asset but not mandatory

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin

• Be passionate for providing exceptionally quality service and striving for exceeding clients’ expectations
