In March 2017, Ms Mary Cheung was invited to be the speaker of a training workshop on networking skills: how to break the ice. With the basic networking skills equipped, the Institute arranges a dining etiquette training with Ms Mary Cheung to introduce the basic table manners and dining etiquette with different cuisine. This training covers from western cuisine dining etiquette to tea breaks and cocktail events.
Members, graduates and students can take this opportunity of learning from Ms Mary Cheung’s rich and extensive experiences of improving their professional image, social and networking skills.
Mary Cheung – Trainer Profile
Ms Cheung has more than 20 years’ experience in professional image and international etiquette training. She regularly works with executives from multinational companies, non-profit organisations, and universities and institutes all over the world to help them improve their image. She is the President of the Professional Image and International Etiquette Institute.
Ms Cheung is also a well-known host, writer, painter and photographer with works exhibited overseas and in Mainland China since 1989. Among her many awards are Miss Hong Kong, Hong Kong Ten Outstanding Young Persons Award, Ten Outstanding Women, Ten Caring Stars of Hong Kong, Most Successful Women, Hundred Outstanding Female Entrepreneurs in China, and Outstanding Charitable Artist Award.
Ms Cheung grew up in the care of Po Leung Kuk, a charitable organisation, and is actively involved in and supports charity events. She holds the belief that “it is more blessed to give than to receive”.
