Office workers often experience physical tension, anxiety and stress caused by long working hours, poor sitting posture and unhealthy habits. These lead to body aches, headaches and rounded shoulders. This webinar is specifically tailored to aid office workers in releasing tension in tight muscles, building strength to support postural health and to relax the mind. A sequence of simple exercises will also be included so that you can perform at your desk any time of the day to help you feel refreshed.
Speaker’s biography Miss Anna Susanne is an RYT200 Registered Yoga Teacher and RCYT95 Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. Her classes deeply focus on alignment while combining creative sequencing and spirit of playfulness. She hopes to engage her students in powerful, lively and heartfelt classes that make them feel rejuvenated and balanced.
