Mentorship is important for the next generation of leaders, and mentors’ knowledge and wisdom will be vital for the younger generation’s success. Generational divide means every generation has its own views, desires and ideas about how the world works. In this workshop, a professional trainer will share principles and tools that mentors can use in the mentoring relationship to encourage the younger generation to communicate and express their views, thereby creating a more trusting and effective relationship.

Speaker’s biography
