Getting Qualified

Qualifications

The Chartered Secretary and Chartered Governance Professional qualifications are recognised and respected in Hong Kong and internationally, in giving you the skills and the opportunity to work in a range of different jurisdictions around the world.

With effect from 1 January 2020, the Institute has launched a new qualifying programme, the Chartered Governance Qualifying Programme (CGQP), which replaces the current International Qualifying Scheme (IQS). CGQP can be completed by examinations and/or exemptions.
